Director of Operations
Lori is a Maryland State certified Orthodontic Assistant, as well as Maryland State certified Dental Radiation Technologist. She employs her 22 years of experience and expertise in the field of orthodontics to assist Dr. Moles in the smooth operation of all three of his practices and is on site full time at the NuClear Smiles Columbia location. When she is not helping our team create beautiful, confident smiles, she is enjoying her home life with her husband and two children in Thurmont, MD.

Orthodontic Assistant
Heather is Dr. Moles’ Clinical Coordinator and Remote Care Specialist. She has been a MD State Certified Orthodontic Assistant and Dental Radiation Technologist since 2006. When she is not helping our patients succeed with treatment in the office, she is online ensuring the remote care world is running smoothly. Heather has a wonderfully gentle and kind approach to patient care, is always smiling or giggling and never misses a beat! We would be lost without her.

Orthodontic Assistant
Shannon is our clinical rock star! She helps Dr. Moles keep our patients smiling. She has also been a MD state certified orthodontic assistant and dental radiation technologist since 2006 and we were very lucky to welcome her to our team. Shannon possesses the knowledge and skill we require to be the best orthodontist in Frederick County. Her smile is endless as is her work ethic!
