Jon Moles, DDS
Dr. Jon Moles received his Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of New Mexico before obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry. As a commissioned officer in the United States Navy, he furthered his dental education by completing an orthodontic residency at Fort George G. Meade. Despite retiring after over two decades of serving the oral health needs of sailors, marines and their families around the world, he continues to lecture and consult the Naval Postgraduate Dental School in Bethesda, Maryland.
Now, as a practicing professional catering to the residents of Frederick and Howard County, he continues to be a leader in his community. Dr. Moles is the former president of the Frederick County Dental Society and former president of the Urbana Middle School PTA. More recently, Dr. Moles has held leadership positions at the Maryland State Dental Association and is very active with the Southern Frederick County Rotarians community projects.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. You can often find him volunteering at community events and helping local youths become future leaders with the Interact club. He also loves to play golf and has a dream of finishing his hot rod ’54 Chevy pick-up “one of these days.”
